Leadership Coaching

Annie facilitates learning walks to surface strengths and needs in programming and instruction for English learners. She supports administrators to create a strategic plan that strengthens intake, programming and instruction for ELs/MLLs across the school. She provides support on the Language Allocation Policy and collaborates on the planning and implementation of school-based PD to target pathways to participation for ELs/MLLs.

Teacher Coaching

Annie works with individual teachers to reflect on and strengthen their instructional practice. She collaborates with the teacher over six weekly in person or remote visits to set a measurable goal that has an impact on student engagement and learning.

After each visit she reflects on the lesson with the teacher  and establishes indicators of progress. She uses video, student data and modeling to support reflective, targeted conversations.
